When I came to pick it up an assistant service manager went and got it and drove it from the far back part of the parking lot up to the front Service bays. Before taking the keys, I looked at the tires and the left rear tires had about only 10 to 15 psi in them. They’re supposed to have 60+ there is only 2 to 3 inches between the ground and the edge of the steel wheels. Rather than putting air in the tires while he’s at the front of the Service bay doors, before I could tell him not to he jumped back in it and drove it on the damn near flat tires back to the back part of the parking lot. You’re not supposed to drive something that heavy on almost flat tire so you’ll ruin the tires. I can’t believe an assistant service manager doesn’t know that he only looked like he was about 25 anyway I guess this is the new post Covid world that we live in. I feel sorry for the poor parts manager guy. After the service manager took my motorhome back to the far part of the lot he went home. The parts manager was the only guy left, and he was kind enough to get a portable air compressor and put air in my tires so they wouldn’t go flat overnight. Him and Jessica are the only two bright stars that I ran across. I never talked with the service manager, he seems to keep himself pretty well insulated from the customers.
