I was pleasantly surprised by the competence and professionalism of the service staff, in particular, Emily. When I called to set the appointment to fix a check engine light that the issue was professionalism of the service staff, in particular, Emily. I was worried as some dealers (according to the internet) had tried to charge for this issue. Again, once I got there, the staff knew exactly what it was and there was no issue whatsoever! More
