We took our RV(Airstream Atlas on a MB Sprinter chassis) to MB of Scarborough for an oil change. The service experience was excellent from start to finish with the exception of delivery of the RV. A member of the service dept had taken the vehicle for a short test drive before parking it out front for us to pick up. When we went inside, two drawers in the rear of the RV had popped out, likely due the taking sharp corners at an inappropriate speed. We have never had the drawers come out while driving. One drawer was broken. Our service rep, Scott, came out right away after we notified him of the situation. He took the damaged drawer and repaired it right away for us. Additionally, the vehicle was left in “Service mode”…it took a phone call once we were on our way, to figure out how to return it to normal driving mode. More

Had my car a wed night thru the next Tues for a normal service - no loners available . . Different reason why car was kept every day - wanted to come get my car and they said no it wasn’t running when I d service - no loners available . .
