I recently bought a used Sprinter Revel and wanted to have it checked over by a MB Dealer before the summer traveling season. I live in NH but MB Scarborough hands down had the best overall reviews so I have it checked over by a MB Dealer before the summer traveling season. I was greeted by Emily in service who was terrific and then she sent me to Scott who is the Sprinter “guy”. He explained the service needed in detail with a quote and I was out the door with an appt in a week. Again, arrived for my appointment and was greeted with w a smile from Emily to check in. Scott soon found me and explained the service again and showed me to the waiting area. During the service, the tech also had a question for me, Scott went over it with me too, then I also met Garrett while waiting (MB app guy) and he helped me with my questions about the app. The woman who checked me out was really nice too.
