I thought I wanted a silver GLE 350, but when I arrived at Mercedes-Benz in Scarborough and looked at the car, I quickly realized it wasn’t for me. Car sales is tough—it takes grit, persistence, and kindness, all of which Eric has. His thoughtful, non-invasive follow-ups since December made him the person I knew to contact when ready. Throughout the year he has sent me cars that met my criteria, right off the deliver truck. This has been very helpful in the process! More
Poor service department. I brought my Sprinter motorhome in to have some extended solid metal valve stems installed. This seemed like a real challenge for the mechanic as it I brought my Sprinter motorhome in to have some extended solid metal valve stems installed. This seemed like a real challenge for the mechanic as it took him three days and when I came to pick it up, the tires were flat. It came in a kit with instructions, but he didn’t read the instructions. They called me a few times for pointers on how to put them in. Even after all of this he omitted a vital part of the kit, one on each side. To install six valve stems and balance six tires cost $480 not counting parts. They charge caviar prices and provide KFC services. As I write this they’ve had my rig for 6 days and it still isn’t done! It’s going to sit over the weekend to make sure they hold air and get the service manager to double check the mechanics work. I have no faith in the mechanics abilities as this should have been an exceedingly easy job. I hope he did everything he was supposed to like use locktite. I don’t want a valve stem coming off on the highway causing a blowout! More

Very efficient and caring. Ran an extra diagnostic for me because the vehicle had been in storage for 9 months. No one answers the phone. I tried several to call to set up appointment. No answer, no response to message left. Finally went to the store!! Costs have increased. Also communication during service is essentially non existent. They don’t call or text to let you know status or if they will miss the promised date. Hopefully the mechanics are still ok. It’s the only reason they got 3 stars. More
