This was truly one of the best automobile purchasing experiences I have ever had—especially when buying another Mercedes. ERIC, my salesperson, was exceptional: professional, knowledgeable, courteous experiences I have ever had—especially when buying another Mercedes. ERIC, my salesperson, was exceptional: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely friendly. He patiently answered what must have been hundreds of questions and thoughtfully addressed every concern I had. To make the transaction even more complex, I purchased my SUV from out of state entirely by telephone. Despite the added logistics, the entire process—from shipping to registration, taxes, and document signing—was handled seamlessly, efficiently, and with great care. After speaking with SPENCER, the sales manager, I now understand why ERIC exemplifies such professionalism. It clearly starts with strong leadership at the top. Everyone I interacted with at Scarborough Mercedes-Benz was incredibly nice and accommodating, including ERICA in the finance department, who was equally professional and helpful. My 34 year old Mercedes wagon needed repair that my local guy wasn’t up for, so I had no choice but to come to Scarborough. Yes, but it was a complex job that was too much for non- Mercedes specialists and I have peace of mind that a complicated job was done right by technicians who have a great appreciation for their product.
