Five years ago I swore I would not return to MB of Scarborough, after being a customer for over 25 years when Mercedes was in Falmouth They were so disorganized and difficult to deal with. I’m not sure if there’s been a change of management in the service department in the past few years, but my last couple of visits have been very pleasant. I called and spoke to Emily Crocker as my car had a loud sound and I needed to go to my father in law's funeral in Westfield ME on Saturday. She got in I'm within 30 minutes. I want you to know that Emily Crocker went above and beyond providing me with the best customer service to fix my car. I purchased a 2024 Porsche Cayenne, my salesman was great! I noticed after leaving the dealership a shimming in the front end and made an appointment with my local Porsche dealer.
