I went in for a service that was projected to take 5-6 hours so they were going to give me a loaner as I live almost 2 hours away, when I got there they realized my car only needed a smaller faster service so I didn't need the loaner but I did have my 17 month old with me :( they said it would be an hour and a half they got me out of there in an hour and they were sooo busy!! Nothing but great things to say and even though they were so busy the man I dealt with in service Mohammed(sp) was kind enough to explain to me the difference in services and answer all my questions and I never once felt rushed.
