I bought my first MB from them way back when they were on 3rd St & Indian School Rd. I just bought my most recent MB from them last month. I bought a new, 2022 MB on a Saturday. I was charged 8.6% APR on the loan. This rate was about 3 points over the going rate. We bought a used C300 and there was some damage to one of the door panels. We had to get the panel spray dyed to repair it after the purchase and the general manager covered the cost. I bought a used 2021 GLB with 10,000 miles and after third days of driving I noticed windshield crack developing behind the mirror.I told my sales person and he said you hit rock and that is why the cra third days of driving I noticed windshield crack developing behind the mirror.I told my sales person and he said you hit rock and that is why the crack has developed. I told him the crack may have started before I bought the car and I never noticed when I bought it. Because the car was being used as loaner vehicle. So they should replace the windshield. I even offered to pay half of the cost to replace the windshield but they refuse to do it. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family or anyone. I bought $50k car and driving with cracked windshield in 3rd day. More
