I couldn't shift gears on my Sprinter 3500 RV and needed to have it towed to the dealer to have the ISM module replaced. Arby was my service advisor and referred me to Mercedes Roadside Service to have the to have it towed to the dealer to have the ISM module replaced. Arby was my service advisor and referred me to Mercedes Roadside Service to have the vehicle towed. Roadside service contacted 5 different towing services, none of which had the appropriate equipment to tow a heavy van. Arby kept in touch with me throughout this ordeal with Roadside Service. He escalated to his manager, who in the end bypassed Roadside Service to call a tow provider that he knew could do the job. Arby took care to receive the vehicle once it arrived so I wouldn't have to return to the dealership until it was ready. Fortunately, I had a comprehensive RV extended warranty plan to cover the towing and repair costs since the ISM module was out of warranty from MB. Arby contacted the extended warranty provider and took care of all the paperwork so that I only had to pay the $200 deductible when I picked up my vehicle. I really appreciated the personalized service that Arby provided, and the backup he received from his manager and service team at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. More
