I realize that this is not a "budget option" in terms of the pricing, but they treat a customer like a customer, not like a nuisance and the waiting area is clean and comfortable (with free wi-fi), all of which I appreciate. Usually great service, but this time I set up an appointment 1 month in advance. After I brought my car in, it ended up staying 3 days for some minor repair work and a routine service. They had the parts, so they weren't waiting for them, they just seemed really busy and I guess I was at the end of the line despite the set appointment. I was notified that it was ready for pick up, however when I went to get it, I had to wait 45 mins. for them to bring it out. If I'm told it is ready, then I expect it to be ready to go. I also had to call Bill each day to find out about it's status. Service means just that. They should be notifying me, not the other way around. I've also had loaner cars in three other cities when I've taken my mercedes in for service, but not at this dealer. I was told it was because I didn't buy it there, but that must be particular to this dealer as I didn't get this response at the other dealers. More
