This July visit was fixing what they did wrong in May. Authorization for repair was given on Friday and was told the following Wednesday they were waiting for authorization for repair. Was told the vehicle had been test driven, was ready and all paperwork was complete. When arriving at the dealer, the vehicle was being test driven, they had no idea which employee was test driving it or when it would return, and the paperwork had not been started. I fired the service advisor. More
Recall work It did take a while to get the parts in for my recall (almost a year!), but once they had the parts, it was scheduled quickly and handled fast. Not to mention any problem I am having is fixed in a very timely manner and with the transportation options wether it be an Uber, Mercedes van, or a loaner car it is so convenient. More

Then once I got there and pulled into service the guy asked my name and said he couldn’t find it and I said I made the appointment this morning in which he replied well then it’s not on my list. Look buddy I’m not sure how you do things but don’t look at me like I’m ridiculous after telling you my name and appointment time and not having it on the list. I am not the one that is supposed to tell you why my name isn’t on the list. Then, after I specifically said to contact me, the daughter because my parents were in Alaska and didn’t have good service and I would be taking care of everything, they kept getting missed called for them. I saw the guy specifically write down my number after he asked who he is supposed to call about status and questions. Seemed very unorganized, and other than Brian our representative there, not one other person was friendly to me the entire time. Is this how they treat everyone? It was my third time taking it in for my parents and I always leave with this impression. More
