Great service from Stori! Stori has been my service person since I purchased my CLA in 2016. She is absolutely wonderful! With that said, thru no fault of her own, I had a t Stori has been my service person since I purchased my CLA in 2016. She is absolutely wonderful! With that said, thru no fault of her own, I had a terrible experience in terms of transportation. I was called an Uber to get me to work since the shuttle had just left. I signed up for the shuttle to bring me back in the afternoon. When the time came, I waited for 30 minutes. No call or anything from the transportation department or the shuttle. So I called. I was told they had to drop someone off but was on their way. I waited another 15 minutes. Still no shuttle. I called again and they said the shuttle couldn’t find me. They called me an Uber instead who was supposed to be there in 5 minutes. Again no show and no call. I called back and told them I’d be walking home since I live only a couple miles away and would get my car the next morning. Stori saved the day and had one of the service techs pick me up. Moral of the story here is to just get a rental car. The shuttle service here is terrible! More

Almost perfect I love this service center and the people who work here. I trust completely that they will take the absolute best care of my car. The only bummer is that they don't do loaner vehicles. Shuttle service is helpful, but for an islander, this gets tricky! That said, it was my choice to live on an island and it's worth the trip and waiting at the shop to make sure my car is in the best shape and my concerns are listened to completely. More

Rip off. Was charged for items that were not completed!! I was charged for DEF. The technician did not add any DEF. The DEF level was the same after the service as it was before I brought my vehicle in. I a I was charged for DEF. The technician did not add any DEF. The DEF level was the same after the service as it was before I brought my vehicle in. I asked to have the front grill and radiators blown out with air due to the large amount of bugs that had accumulated. I did not check to see if this was done at the time of pick up. Later that day I checked and NOTHING was blown out per my request. I had to clean the area by hand. I was charged $165 for this service. I did not call the service center because it would have come down to the technician's word against mine. I will NEVER use this service center again. They clearly and deliberately rip off their customers! More
Excellent Customer service. They value there customer. I live in Redmond and there is a reason i don't go to Bellevue dealership. Bellevue dealership people are nuts..
