They fixed one problem but not others. I brought in my 2005 Sprinter to find out what was causing it to shudder during acceleration and Rumble strip during deceleration. These issues were n I brought in my 2005 Sprinter to find out what was causing it to shudder during acceleration and Rumble strip during deceleration. These issues were not addressed. Another issue was discovered, dirty air filter and non-functioning mass air flow sensor. They had the part, they did the repair same day. They get good marks for that. But they did not address my other problems nor did they really say anything about them to me. I understand they are a very busy shop, but it seems like they only had time to address one of my problems and then they really didn't have a lot of time to talk to me afterwards. Also, your questions are overly simplistic and you don't really leave enough space to explain some of the stuff that you're asking. More
