Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy I thought my brakes were grabbing and brought my car in for an inspection. It turns out they were okay. A less scrupulous dealer might have gone ahead and performed a brake job. Instead, Brian, my service manager, said I had 10,000 more miles before a brake job. After the brakes were inspected, they took the car out for a test drive to confirm their opinion. The car was returned to later in the day, washed and with no bill. More

Overall good experience Michael did a great job and we really enjoyed working with him to buy the car. However, their pre-paid maintenance package (4-year) is almost 80% high Michael did a great job and we really enjoyed working with him to buy the car. However, their pre-paid maintenance package (4-year) is almost 80% higher than the suggested price in Mercedes-Benz's official website. When we were signing the paperwork, their finance team did not inform us of the price difference nor did they tell us what "extra" service they are providing. When we realized it a day later, it was already too late as it cannot be canceled. It would have been a wonderful experience More

Very Disappointing Experiences with this Dearler This has been the most disappointing car buying and servicing experience in 40 years. My "CERTIFIED" Mercedes was delivered with numerous problems. This has been the most disappointing car buying and servicing experience in 40 years. My "CERTIFIED" Mercedes was delivered with numerous problems. Getting them resolved has taken almost 6 weeks and multiple trips to the dealer. I dropped my car off for service early yesterday to have the spoiler attached. The car had been delivered with the spoiler attached at only one end. I very specifically requested a call by 11AM so I could plan my day and plan the time to return and get my vehicle. After three hours I called but could not reach Elizabeth, the service adviser. Not receiving a call back, I called Elizabeth again an hour later. There was no return call. Another hour later I called and left another message. Again there was no call back. Another very disappointing interface with Mercedes of Seattle. More
