Disappointing I was really disappointed in the service I received. The rep didn't call me; I had to call him to check on the status of my car. Of course, for me to I was really disappointed in the service I received. The rep didn't call me; I had to call him to check on the status of my car. Of course, for me to do that, 4 days had passed since I dropped the car off. Then, it was another week before the car was actually ready. In total it took about 2 weeks to get something that should have taken 2 days to complete, and that is generously accounting for the a busy volume. I also had an issue with a warrantee that I purchased to repair cosmetic issues with my alloy wheels. I was certain I had purchased the warrantee and I know the sales manager and I discussed it. The rep said he would look into it but my guess is he did not because when I picked up the car, he said he couldn't find anything. So I went home and pulled out the documentation I had and sure enough, it was right there. But I had already paid for the repair. Apparently, I was supposed to know that I had to go and file a claim so I got a credit. However, the rep couldn't explain that to me when I first dropped the car off and asked about the warrantee. It does seem like the person selling the warrantee knows allll about the warrantees but the person who is going to be the one that is going to be asked any questions, doesn't know squat. More

GLK350 Purchase! John was phenomenal. The car I wanted was still in the service department, but he was kind enough to expedite it, help me with financing, and he stay John was phenomenal. The car I wanted was still in the service department, but he was kind enough to expedite it, help me with financing, and he stayed super late past his shift to help me and my girl get the car of our dreams. It was a used car and far more affordable than 90% of the inventory on the lot, but I still feel like John gave us the gold-star treatment he would have given any client that purchased a $100K car.
