He was not worried that there was not an appointment on the books and proceeded to get me registered. I did find the mail and text confirmation and he looked at it yet by then my car was in the queue. So nice! I have had great experiences at Mercedes of Seattle. This was my first purchase from them and from start to finish, terrific customer service. More
