They came back with $6700 worth of work witch most of was covered under warranty unfortunately they wouldn’t provide a loaner after we spent all day at the dealership they stated if we didn’t purchase the vehicle from them, that they would not provide a loaner for us , which is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard especially considering the amount it cost and the time my vehicle will be in the shop . Long story short I went to Mercedes of Tacoma in Fife and did the repairs to their shop and got a loaner from them and was very satisfied . More

We brought our motorhome to Mercedes for an oil/filter change and to check out a vibration that we encountered on our shakedown cruise after picking u We brought our motorhome to Mercedes for an oil/filter change and to check out a vibration that we encountered on our shakedown cruise after picking up our "NEW" motorhome, which I thought was an alignment problem. We are getting ready to drive our motorhome back to Alaska and wanted to make sure everything was right before we did so. Turns out it was a tire with a defect. Patrick did a great job of concluding what the problem was and getting the "right" people to own up to the responsibility to properly taken care of the problem. He had "all" parties involved in his interest and did an most awesome job of bringing it to a conclusion. The next time we are back, and we will be back, in the lower 48 and need some sort of service I will most definitely looking for Patrick up to give us a hand. Thank you most sincerely from me and my wife, Roxy, for the wonderful care, and constant updates that YOU did for us. More

They do good work MB Seattle did good work on my car, taking care of several squeaks and rattles I was experiencing in the cabin. All of the work was done under the new MB Seattle did good work on my car, taking care of several squeaks and rattles I was experiencing in the cabin. All of the work was done under the new car warranty and there was never any consideration that it wouldn't be. The people in the service department were quick to help and friendly. There are only two issues I had, and they're minor. First is the amount of time it took to get the work done, which ended up being over a week as they had to order in some parts. Next is the fact that they wouldn't provide a loaner car at all unless "you bought the car from us or we have a history together" which seems to be far under the level of service I expect from Mercedes. There's a free shuttle service for the Seattle area, but in the future if I'm going to be spending the extra money to go to a dealer rather than an independent shop, I really expect a loaner vehicle. More
