At pick up which was 2 hours later, I was forced to appear in much later and in heavier traffic: no explanation of what was done: overcharged by 1/3 of cost: remedy unclear and no receipt for refund after second day. Receipt included notes about other service needs that were not mentioned to me verbally. Totally disappointed! My car was not listed as an option in final review The computer system dealer uses is totally outdated and impossible to navigate. Completing this review only reinforced an anger and frustration! I’ve always had my car serviced here and it’s sustained a good quality of service. This most recent episode was no different. I brought our GLC in for a repair. I had previously used another dealership for service and repairs, but their customer service has declined. I arrived at my appointment time and was immediately met and shown to a service representative. Arby was responsive to my concerns and answered my questions politely. I wanted to wait, so he escorted me to the waiting area which was stocked the canned sodas, snacks and a coffee espresso machine. The eating area had cafe seating as well as a separate area with couches and chairs. There is also an area with cubicles for working on your laptop with power connections. Arby kept me informed on the progress of the repair. In the meantime he got my extended warranty information, called in and received authorization for repairs. Completely seamless on my part! I am impressed and will continue to use MB of Seattle for all my business. More
