Recently have a battery service, the service advisor was selling a trickle charger which should be a good option to have especially during this pandemic era. Paying $340 for parts and service, I personally selling a trickle charger which should be a good option to have especially during this pandemic era. Paying $340 for parts and service, I personally would expect something more professional like our other Maserati which installed in the back of the trunk. At the time of the pickup, the service advisor actually couldn’t find where it’s installed. After 2 days (after vacation or sth), they answered back it’s located underneath the front wipers and inside the hood. The advisor states that’s the area make most sense to be installed with. I wouldn’t install if I know it’s not in protected area in the first place. Besides if I need to open the hood why wouldn’t I just put that two wires to connect with the charger instead. Of course make more sense to install the plug right next to the battery, I see the technician point, but usability and use case are contributing nothing to the price point. I make this post for feedback purpose, so anyone please correct me if I am being unfair of my point and should pay the $230 labor to install that wire right next to the battery. I am upset with this particular service but had good experience with the previous service department manager Patrick Hannessey. It’s not worth the money to install in that area and explanation doesn’t make sense. Pls anyone let me know what u think. More

I wanted to change something on the contract I signed on the same day once I left the car lot. I called for three days and could not get anyone to help me. On the fourth day I was finally contacted by the d the same day once I left the car lot. I called for three days and could not get anyone to help me. On the fourth day I was finally contacted by the dealership but it was to late to make the change. I talked to the sales manager and the GM. This was very disappointing . The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want a Mercedes but it at a dealership other than Mercedes of Seattle More

I signed papers to purchase a CLA 250 and trade in my car, on 10/31/2020, and as of 12/1/2020 my trade in has still not been paid off. Now the original lender has dinged our credit for a late payment si car, on 10/31/2020, and as of 12/1/2020 my trade in has still not been paid off. Now the original lender has dinged our credit for a late payment since MB Seattle has not paid off the loan. I would not recommend this dealer and will not do business here again. It is not the same since Phil Smart no longer owns this dealer. I have had my credit rating harmed, and have made 3 calls to get this corrected and no one has returned my calls. If you do decide to do business here you must make very sure that if you trade in your car that this dealer pays it off as promised in your transaction so you too do not suffer damages as a result of a harmed credit rating. Amazing to discover that this dealership offers mobile service! Their coordinator for this, Jacob, was wonderful. I had a recall and also a Service that was overdue.
