There will always be ups and downs but my overall GREAT experiences have always been with Stori Haug. I've never had to question whether my car was done right because she always comes back with thorough troubleshooting which takes us to the root of the issues. Stori has also been clear about optional service possibilities during the annual appointments with detailed discussions on the benefits and potential aging issues that the optional services are projected to help. Stori is truly WONDERFUL!!! Loaner desk: The last couple times have proven to be challenging. Today's pickup had me standing at the desk for a solid 10 minutes before anyone was able to help. If the desk is so busy, why does management not step in to simply assure customers they are being helped and start the basic paperwork process? Someone kept walking by saying they called the person and that he would be back when he finished with another customer, but why was it that not a single other person at another one of the desks in the entry bay was able to help, instead of just telling me to wait? What about the person that kept telling me that the guy would be over to help? Very challenging. Stori is amazing - thank you so much!! More

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle went out of their way to make the experience as fast and as painless as they could. Michael, my sales rep, was enthusiastic about showing me the cars I was interested in. He waited patiently while I went over every detail to make sure I got the right Mercedes-Benz. When we negotiated price, he and the sales manager were fair and quick to respond. And they came out to my house to pick up my trade in! Just a great experience all around and I love my car. More

Excellent Service Rep but Car dirty My customer service rep was excellent but when I got the car back it was more dirty than when I brought it in.
