He has been extremely helpful as I make decisions about my older vehicle. It is so nice to have a service agent I can trust. The entire service staff from the person who checks you in to the shuttle driver and desk clerks are all top notch. John also assisted me when I picked up my car and patiently helped me use a rewards credit on my bill. More
Great Service, yet something missed Stori and the team were great. They made sure I was equipped with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. They kept me informed along the way and they even stayed a little late for me to come and pick up my car. When I got in my car, I noticed that not only did it run better, but the it was vacuumed too! The only thing missed was that I still keep getting a message on my dashboard that says my coolant is low. I checked the coolant and it is full. Maybe someone forgot to reset the computer or a fault in the system was missed. Still, the service was great and I will continue going back. More
Poor Service- 8 Days without a loaner car Moved to Seattle on Saturday Sep 15th to start a new on Monday Sep 17th. I was literally brand new to the city and my car broke down in downtown Seatt Moved to Seattle on Saturday Sep 15th to start a new on Monday Sep 17th. I was literally brand new to the city and my car broke down in downtown Seattle. I called MB and my car got towed to the nearest dealership, which is MB of Seattle. I was contacted by Liz on Monday Sep 17th regarding the work needed to be done on my car. I’ve asked her if I could have a loaner car (I didn’t have to ask this in Chicago, they would normally ask if I wanted a loaner). She told me there wasn’t any loaner available and there was a shortage of loaners. Regardless, I asked if she could let me know if there’s a loaner that became available. Although we’ve texted back and forth during the time my car was in service, she never got back to me regarding the loaner. Since I had just moved, I had plenty of personal items in my car/trunk so I went back a couple of times to the dealership to pick up some of my stuff from my car. The first time ( Fri Sep 19th) I went to pick up my stuff, she asked this guy to direct to my car (from the lot) to pick my personal items. While I was out with this gentleman (really nice guy), I mentioned I didn’t have a loaner. He was a bit confused. I replied I was told there wasn’t any loaner available and there was a wait for the loaner. He told me “ we have loaners available and I don’t why they told you there isn’t a loaner”. While he was talking, the manager of the parts/loaner department was parking a car and the gentleman pointed to the manager and told I could go talk to/ask the manager. I just replied to this nice gentleman, thank you but I didn’t feel like I had to go and ask the manager for a loaner (it’s ridiculous). As I picked up my items and I was ready to call Uber when this same nice guy stopped me from calling Uber and told me “the least the could do is offer me a ride home”. This guy clearly felt really bad. He directed to this lady who then called an Uber/Lift for me. Basically for 8 days, I was without a loaner. I am just shocked by the quality of service at MB here in Seattle. More

My husband and I visited the dealership several times prior to making a decision. Keith and Christopher were great to work with, they were very patient and never pushy to make a purchase like most dealerships. I look forward to working with all the employees at Mercedes-Benz of Seattle in the future for the maintenance of my new vehicle. More

After 2 to 3 weeks "negotiating" by e-mail and text, and receiving specifications and vehicle history, a deal was consummated and I flew to Seattle to conclude the deal. Vehicle showed as advertised and described and deal was concluded. Staff, Christopher and Bright, were polite, courteous and professional. The business presented itself much as one expects from a luxury car dealership. Would have given 5 stars if it was a Jaguar dealership, the brand of car I purchased. More

I filled out the online contact form, and waited to be contacted. Received a call from a very inexperienced young gentleman who wasn't prepared at all. I asked for the manager, Christopher called back in short order, and got me down to the dealership. The process went better than expected. My salesperson George was phenomenal, catering to my every need. Rachel in the business office handled my deal with poise and professionalism; and Bradley wrapped up every question and more to ensure my complete satisfaction of being a new AMG owner More
