She was informed and informative and, and provided me with the space required to come to a final decision without any pressure. In the days post the sale, she has continued to avail herself to my queries and requests, including arranging for a loaner when MB service requested my new car in for final prep. She also readily agreed to drive my car for window tinting which was a tremendous favor for me as I work downtown and doing so myself would have been a huge inconvenience.
