Break light and complete inspection I thought I was bringing the car in for warranty work but found out my warranty was expired. I was sure it was five year and not four. I know it’s not I thought I was bringing the car in for warranty work but found out my warranty was expired. I was sure it was five year and not four. I know it’s not the dealership responsibility but I should have been given some kind of heads up so I could have extended. But the big thing I’m disappointed about is they had the car for about 30 hours. it came back unwashed or vacuumed And actually dirtier than when I dropped of. More

The service here was great came in with a set budget for getting into a new lease with Mercedes but was prepared to walk away if it didn't work out. On my second visit, he found a car, worked the numbers for me twice and we were done. Total, I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with my new CLA. Bright was patient and extremely key in getting me to remain with Mercedes. More
1st service of Metris van At the time I purchased my new Metris Van, I also paid for the first six services (or 6 years whichever comes first). It was very clearly explained to me that I was paying for the first six services or 6 years of service. Hours after signing and paying $2,000 for these first 6 services I realized I had forgotten about a promotion that was currently happening that covered the first two services for free. When I inquired about what I had paid for I was informed that I had in fact paid $2,000 for 4 services. This was disappointing but I was slightly relieved I had not paid $2,500 for these 4 services which was the original asking price. On 10-4-18 I took my Metris van in for it's first service. This experience was disappointing. Shortly after dropping my van off I received a call suggesting I pay an additional $40 to have my tires rotated as tire rotations are not covered under the maintenance package. This was very irritating because I assumed the dealership would rotate my tires as part of normal maintenance and at no additional charge like the Toyota dealership does for my Toyota vehicles. When my wife picked up my vehicle she was informed the trouble code on the dash that said there was a problem with the trailer lights was due to the trailer wiring being installed improperly. This is the same trailer wiring that was installed by the dealership before we took delivery this van. I had forgotten to mention to the service adviser when I made my appointment that there was a problem with the trailer wiring. However I was very surprised that the constant trouble code on the dash was not enough reason for the dealership to address the error code without my prompting. The explanation for not fixing the problem was that the trailer wiring did not "look" like it was installed at the dealership. I assume there would be an easy way to look up original purchase agreement and see what options were purchased for this vehicle. I would have appreciated a call to ask about the trailer wiring so I could have explained the wiring was installed at the dealership. I have my freshly serviced van back. Service for which I pre-paid at total of $2,000. Yet, the trailer wiring does not work properly and the tires need to be rotated. More
