I walked in this dealship and was greeted with a smile that basically pulled me in. I was not planning on purchasing a car at that moment but Celestin Lovence was so professional that it took me 5 minute that basically pulled me in. I had called various Mercedes-Benz dealerships and did not feel any connection, but as soon as I walked in the Briggs Chaney dealership I felt the connection.
