Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring has a very welcoming showroom and extremely friendly staff. I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring, and specifically with the communication regarding my vehicle. I dropped off my 2017 GLC 300 on Thursday afternoon Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring, and specifically with the communication regarding my vehicle. I dropped off my 2017 GLC 300 on Thursday afternoon for service scheduled for Friday, October 2. Juan Easley, my service advisor, contacted me around 5:00 PM on Friday and told me that my vehicle was ready. I arrived around 6:15 PM, only to find out that my car was not actually ready. I waited approximately 30 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready. Around 6:45 PM, I was finally told that the vehicle was ready, but I was then asked if I could stay another 30–40 minutes because they were unable to wash the car. At that point, I had already been waiting much longer than expected, so I declined. What was especially disappointing was that my two front tires had been replaced, and my vehicle was returned with white spray/residue left all over the tires and surrounding areas. I expected much better attention to detail from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I understand that delays can happen, but I should not have been told that my vehicle was ready when it was not. After waiting so long, I also expected my vehicle to be returned in a clean and presentable condition. Juan Easley was courteous, but the overall experience was frustrating and fell short of the level of service I expect from Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve communication, timeliness, and attention to detail. More

Julian was very attentive to customer’s needs and concerns, and answered all my questions. We paid 2 visits to the dealer before making a decision, and Julian was always patient and pleasant and prof concerns, and answered all my questions.
