It was such a pleasure to purchase my new Mercedes through Jonathan Logue at Herb Gordon Auto World in Silver Spring. From the time my daughters and I walked into the showroom, Jonathan showed was so painstakingly patient in helping 3 females navigate through the car-buying process, until I got exactly what I wanted. For the first time in my life, I did not feel 'taken' after a car-buying experience. EVERYONE I dealt with treated me with the utmost courtesy and did not mind answering every question I had to make my comfortable. I was truly impressed! More

I have Taken a week off to hunt for a Mercedes Benz and was fortunate enough for meet Julian Chin. I met Julian on Monday January 31st and shared with him my desire to own a Mercedes. This is our first Mercedes but based on the service we received, we may be returning soon for the second... P.S. I was surprised at how trustworthy and committed the salesman(Pedro) was.
