Bobby T. Great guy to deal with! I came in to see a pre owned car, ran into Robert (Bobby T). He was very polite, professional, he has been in the business for many years and it show I came in to see a pre owned car, ran into Robert (Bobby T). He was very polite, professional, he has been in the business for many years and it shows. He did not have the canned speech and then try to get all my info, before we even talked about the car. I like that...it seems the other dealers are so programmed. He made the test drive very easy and quick, I was sort of surprised how easy considering that I was not dressed like someone should looking at a nice german car. He never questioned " do you have the money...can you afford"? we got back from the drive and I said ok, I'll get you a certified check. He said you can just give us a personal check, I was like wow! I was in a hurry and on my way out of town...his team didn't waste any time getting the paperwork ready. Also, the car...it looked brand new, as if they rolled it off the hauler. Very happy with Bobby and his team, I was easier than buying a pizza. Lol More

Darrell W. Kimrey is the best! I usually hate to go car shopping because I don't like all of the pushy salesmen and the bait and switch that can occur. My wife and I walked into MB I usually hate to go car shopping because I don't like all of the pushy salesmen and the bait and switch that can occur. My wife and I walked into MB-South Charlotte on 7/18 and were assigned Darrell as our salesman. I told Darrell that we were just in our research phase, not looking to buy right now, but wanted to test drive a GLC 300. Darrell took us out, explained every detail about the vehicle, and other than a follow up email thanking me for stopping by, left it up to me for next steps. I then visited other dealerships, and test drove competitor cars to the GLC 300. My conclusion was that the GLC 300 was the car for me. So I contacted Darrell and asked if the car that was on the showroom floor could be taken for a test drive. He said absolutely. So I asked him to have that GLC 300 that I saw on the showroom floor available for me to test drive on Saturday 7/25. We took that car out for a ride, and when we got back, we started the purchase process. All I had to do was sign some paperwork. Darrell took care of everything else, evening contacting my insurance company. It was a breeze. Darrell is just the best. Easy to talk to, not pushy, patient. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. And everyone else I have dealt with at MB-South Charlotte has been very nice to work with. I think I absolutely made the right choice, and Darrell had a lot to do with that. More

Bobby took the time to talk to my husband and me about what we need, what we want and what would be the right vehicle for us. He was very patient and spent MANY hours giving us the opportunity to drive both new and pre-owned vehicles. Over the last several months I’ve been to many car dealerships and this experience, by far, was the best. With each issue that arose, no insurance card, no title, Bobby worked with us to resolve them so that we could drive our new GLE 350 home last night.
