Upgrading my car. I was considering trading my car in November of 2019. I spoke with salesman Darrell Kimrey and requested him to find a 2020 car identical to my 2016 I was considering trading my car in November of 2019. I spoke with salesman Darrell Kimrey and requested him to find a 2020 car identical to my 2016 GLE 350. The specifics were apparently difficult to find so I patiently waited, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic! Darrell didn't forget about me, as he kept searching and finally found a matched duplicate of my car! After we worked out financial details, the deal offered to me was better than one I'd had from a local car broker for the same car, so I requested Darrell to secure the car he'd found. Within two weeks, I drove to the MBD at South Charlotte, sealed the deal and very excitedly drove away in my beautiful new 2020 GLE-350 vehicle! I'm extremely happy with my purchase!!! Darrell was very professional, did not apply pressure or rush my decision. I felt very comfortable with his thorough sales techniques, he explained things on a level that I understand, not too technical and allowed me time to make my own decision. Very Bad experience The service took 4 hours to do an oil change. Francisco the service representative was rude. I will go to different dealership next time. My vehicle only had 6200 miles and only needed a quick oil change that turned into a very bad experience. Everyone else there was great, but you know it only takes one person to make the whole experience awful. I gave a 3 rating due to what I experienced with Francisco. If not for him and it taking 4 hours to do an oil change with a scheduled appointment, my rating would have been higher. More
