The dealership is fine. I have always had a good experience with the service center in the past however when I took my car in for its 30,000 mile checkup, either they didn't replace the driver's sid experience with the service center in the past however when I took my car in for its 30,000 mile checkup, either they didn't replace the driver's side windshield wiper properly or it was a defective wiper that was installed. I took my car in the next working day after I discovered that there was no driver's side wiper and they replaced it quickly (took about an hour) so that I could get on the road since I was going out of town for Thanksgiving. More
