I had the pleasure of working with The Amazing Jack Daughtry; let me start by saying I’m a registered nurse from Mobile EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had the pleasure of working with The Amazing Jack Daughtry; let me start by saying I’m a registered nurse from Mobile, Al and I wasn’t for sure that I could I get my car to the dealership for service because of my work schedule in this pandemic. Mr. Jack met me in Mobile and took my car to the dealership in MS and met me the next day in Mobile to return my car after service. May I add, I was running a few minutes late and he waited patiently all while he was off work. He truly went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and I’m truly grateful!!! I was allowed to make my payment by phone and that truly was another plus. More about Mr. Jack, he was so professional with a great attitude and he communicated with me throughout the whole process in regards to the price and to answer any questions my husband and I had. He was simple Amazing, I haven’t seen thus type of customer service probably since I purchased my car from this dealership.
