The worst service I've experienced from a Mercedes Benz dealership in the 20 years I've owned a Mercedes! They had my car 4 day to replace 2 sensors on the front tires with little to no communication. It w dealership in the 20 years I've owned a Mercedes! They had my car 4 day to replace 2 sensors on the front tires with little to no communication. It was over 24 hours before someone contacted me to let me know they had my car. After nearly $700 I asked for the sensors that was replaced to be saved and they weren't. The general manager Ron didn't even return my call after leaving him a message 24 hours after not knowing where or the status of my vehicle. More
