I finally received service after 2 emails and a couple conversations with the General Manager Christopher Stuber, to his credit made something happen after the second attempt. I was never given a detailed account of what service was performed nor follow up until this message for a survey. After my service which I believe included brakes, I have unceasing brake dust accumulating on my front tires. I was tired and afraid to even bring it up to management, but since you inquired, this is the short version of my experience. I decided to give 2 stars because the original defect was corrected and Mr. Stuber did do something. I appreciate that. More
