One thing I want to mention. Although Everything was great at the Natick dealer and everyone was WONDERFUL, I really have to give a sales credit to Mike Daley, at the Lynnfield Mercedes dealership that really turned my head toward the Mercedes GLE... I was looking at several German built cars in 2 sizes, the smaller and mid size SUV. I was also tagging cars of interest online through what I thought was the Lynnfield store (I live closer to that one) However, the cars were being advertised under Herb Chambers, and I thought I was tagging a car in Lynnfield, but it was at natick, so I went all the way over there (over an hour away from me) to find the specific color combo I wanted, in the year I wanted. Through no ones fault, I ended up there, I was at the Lynnfield dealership about 4 times trying out different cars and Mike was very helpful and patient with me! Unfortunately, I was getting antsy about getting my car and the black/beige combo finally became available in Natick. So PLEASE give Mike Daley a bonus for turning me on to that 2020 Mercedes GLE! He did a lot of the sales work! The Natick dealership was great with negotiation and pricing and purchase too!! Aftert the purchase was done, I was treated like a rock star... they scheduled a tutorial for me on pick up day with jonny Pham, what an amazing guy! He interfaced my car with my phone, taught me how to use everything, and he even fixed an unrelated problem I was having wit my iphone! Talk about service! They have called me 2x in 2 days to make sure all is good with the car. And it certainly is!
