I decided to wait till December to get the b Here's a summary of my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Natick. I was in the market for a new 2019 A-Class. I decided to wait till December to get the best possible deal. The risk with waiting till the end of the year is that the inventory is low and the chance of finding your favorite colors and packages is going to be much lower. I ended up working with Francisco Robledo who went above and beyond to find me an A-Class with the exterior color and interior color that I wanted as well as all the packages that were important to me. My color combination was difficult to find in the low inventory of 2019 but they searched high and low (even in other states). The best part is that he found one that is a 2020 model and at a reasonable price. I would add that the buying experience was very white glove at this dealership. Francisco took care of everything, registration, sticker, new plates, insurance, etc. He kept me up to date regarding all the progress which was super quick. This was probably the fastest, smoothest, and least stressful car buying experience I have had. I would recommend this dealership and Francisco Robledo to anyone who is looking to buy a Mercedes in the MA area. More
