He was honest, polite, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate his candid, direct nature and felt very good working with him because we feel that we can trust him, which is very important during a process like this. In fact, we plan to visit him again for a second vehichle in the next month or two. Steve is one of the best car salesmen we have ever worked with. This was our first time that we were also helped by Chandran. His level of professionalism was so impressive. He treated us with respect regarding every question we had from the most minute details to critical questions regarding the deal. He was patient with us the entire time and upheld the highest level of customer service even after we took the car home. I came in to purchase a specific vehicle and I already knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to quickly get to the point with Chandran and negotiate a deal. They found the exact car I was looking for from another dealer out of state and got it for me. These guys are very professional and I would send anyone there to purchase a vehicle. The only hicup we had was due to a MB rule about selling a car outside an adjoining state. We worked that out and they delivered the car to our home in Maine. More

Online I saw the Mercedes of Natick had a selection, so I went in not expecting too much. I got routed to Chandran, and wow, what a positive experience. Not only very professional, but he also treated both my daughter and I as if we were close friends or even family. He really listened to both of us, and addressed our needs and questions. Being the Father, I was very interested in the warranty, which Chandran explained fully. My daughter had never driven a Mercedes (no way can she drive mine!), and Chandran came through by explaining the in's and out's in a respectful and friendly manner. Jamie in financing helped me decide on the financing and took care of all the details. He provided me with all the optional additions in a professional way, not pressuring me to buy extras that I really didn't want. To sum up my first day, I showed up on a Sunday a couple of hours before closing, not expecting much. I ended up leaving well after closing, with all the paperwork complete and my daughter and I feeling ecstatic. It didn't end there. I had an issue with my insurance, which Chandran and Jamie took care of. Chandran always responded to my text messages, taking care of all my questions and reassuring me that he would have the car ready for us. When we picked up the car, everything was as promised. Chandran spent an hour with my daughter explaining everything she needed to know before we drove off. Needless to say, I highly recommend Chandran, Jamie, John Pirotte and Mercedes-Benz of Natick.
