My experience with Chandran was great from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable about each car I looked at listened to every detail when I explained what I was looking for. I put a deposit on a vehic was extremely knowledgeable about each car I looked at listened to every detail when I explained what I was looking for. I put a deposit on a vehicle the first day I was there and that would have never happened without his expertise. I also brought in my car for an inspection sticker two days later and he was helpful again even after the sale had been completed. I would also like to mention that the service department was also extremely pleasant to work with. Lastly, James in financing helped me obtain 1.99 financing which gave me the ability to purchase the car and was honest and east to work with. I would rate my overall experience at your dealership extremely positive and have already recommended it to the people I have shown the car too. Thanks for everything. More
Why I contacted Mercedes of Narick. After seeing an ad on the Merceds Benz Certified pre-owned website for a 2010 E63 AMG, I called them. After speaking with Edward and getting preliminary info on the car, the Merceds Benz Certified pre-owned website for a 2010 E63 AMG, I called them. After speaking with Edward and getting preliminary info on the car, he told me that Chandran would be contacting me to get me more information. An hour later, I got a call from Chandran, my new friend. He emailed information to me that I asked for and even information I didn't ask for. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help. This has been, by far, the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Keep in mind that I did this from a distance of over 600 miles! Chandran is the epitomy of thorough. He always answewred his cell when I called him, if he couldn't, I got a call right back. He responded to my texts and emails so promptly, I couldn't believe it. He made this whole experience enjoyable. He sent all documents via UPS next day so there was no lag in getting my car. He always communicated what he was going to do and then he just did it. I had a boss once who sad that people don't always remember what you told them, but they'll always remember how you made them feel. In this case, Chndran made me feel valuable, important and like I was his only client. Having this wonderful car shipped to my home was nerve wracking. he made sure that the company I contracted with to ship the car, loaded it carefully and he texted me pictures of that process. The car arrived yesterday, fully detailed with a full tankl of gas. It's a spectaular car and it truly exceeded my expectations. If you are concerend about buying a car and living far away from this delaership, believe me, Chandran will make it work seamlessly. I love my new car, but I'm going to miss my interaction with Chandran. I consider him a friend and plan to stay in touch. I don't gush like this very often, but this guy is the real deal. He under promises and over delivers. I find that to be refreshing. More
Chris was the best salesman I have ever had. Has asked the right questions and gave all the answers I needed to purchase our new car. He made us feel very comfortable. Here is the 'Why' behind the rating of my experience: Product knowledge: Chandran knows the products he sells in and out. Its a basic threshold for a salesperson for sure, but many salespe experience: Product knowledge: Chandran knows the products he sells in and out. Its a basic threshold for a salesperson for sure, but many salespeople lack detailed knowledge of what they sell. He knows what type of vehicle and features will meet his customers needs. Sincerity: I never once felt as though I was under pressure, but the real test of sincerity was that I never felt that if I backed out of the deal, that he would be upset. I cant tell you how important that quality is to a customer. A customer can negotiate with the nicest, friendliest salesperson in the world but if that sales person gets perturbed or shifts gears, trying to accelerate the transaction when the customer wants to walk away, that is when you know it was all just a facade. Chandran's efforts to assist me in the purchase were truly genuine. Credibility: Sincerity leads to credibility but so does following through on commitments. He never missed one. Class: Chandran came across as the ultimate professional. Attention to detail: Even after I bought the car, Chandran made every effort to make sure I was taken care of, even to the point of having the car re-vacuumed, the gas topped off and explaining every feature of the car and following up with email. 'Add on' sales: I was going to pay cash for the entire car but Chandran showed me how financing the vehicle would be in my best interest as well as buying some other add ons to the package that I would normally not consider. In retrospect, I am very glad I got them. Chandran did not only go above and beyond to meet my needs, his efforts actually made the sale possible in my unique circumstance and for that I am extremely grateful and I am completely satisfied with my purchase and experience. Over all a great experience and I am sure we will do business again. More

Chandran and the team at MB of Natick were professional, courteous, informative and patient throughout the process as I considered purchasing my first MB. Being able to communicate by phone, email and text courteous, informative and patient throughout the process as I considered purchasing my first MB. Being able to communicate by phone, email and text was a big help with my busy work schedule Once I decided on my purchase, the process went smoothly and I felt like I received good advice, including on all the up sell packages by the finance team at time of payment. The vehicle was delivered as promised and the few very minor outstanding items were promptly promised to be resolved. More
My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle to replace our BMW wagon and after testing several vehicles we were leaning towards the Porsche Cayenne diesel SUV. HC Porsche didn't have a vehicle in replace our BMW wagon and after testing several vehicles we were leaning towards the Porsche Cayenne diesel SUV. HC Porsche didn't have a vehicle in stock that had the few options we need and after contacting several other Porsche dealers without much success, I decided to stop by the Natick MB dealer to see the GL bluetec I knew they had in stock. When I arrived unannounced (I normally call or make contact via email first), I was pleasantly suppressed with the appearance of the dealership, they have renovated it in the past few years. I went to the reception desk and asked for the sales manager and was then introduced to Ian. I explained to Ian what my needs were for new vehicle and my interest in their GL diesel, I also mentioned the problems I was encountering with trying to buy the porsche. It was a pleasure dealing with Ian, he is not only professional but clearly listened to what I was saying to him before offering me a test drive even though the car was on hold. Ian then had Spencer take me for a test drive, I was very impressed with the vehicle and new at that point it was a candidate to replace my BMW wagon. Spencer was very knowledgable about the vehicle and accommodating, I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. After the test drive we all sat down and I said I was interested in the car if we could come up with an agreeable deal on my trade and if they could find and acquire a GL Bluetec (there aren't many available in New England area). Ian checked everywhere and found a vehicle located in NJ that I agreed on while he has someone value my trade in. What happened next caught me by surprise, not only did they offer me a very fair value for my trade in, Ian and Spencer were totally transparent on what they were able to offer the new vehicle at, well below what I thought it would be and with finance terms that were just as impressive. The only problem was that the vehicle was in NJ at a dealership that would need to agree to trade them a vehicle for one of theirs. When Ian called the dealer about the vehicle, the person responsible for the trade had left for the day. Since the bluetecs are difficult to find, I had Spencer take me for a test drive in the GL450 as an option incase we couldn't find a diesel in the time frame of my purchase. Knowing there was a possibility that the NJ dealer may not agree to trading the vehicle I mentioned to Ian and Spencer I would consider a GL450. I made this decision based on my experience with them so far, they earned my respect with the way they me and I was very interested in giving them my business if we could agree on a GL450 they had in stock that had the same color combination and similar options as the bluetec in NJ. The price of their GL450 was more than the NJ car due to additional options but Ian offered me such an attractive deal, I accepted it. Once the deal was agreed on, Spencer and I drove 30 minutes to my wife's workplace to have her co-sign the title of our trade so as not to inconvenience her by having to do it at the dealership. When we returned, it was getting late and close to closing time but Jamie was waiting for my return so we could finish the paperwork. Past experience at this point in the process is usually painful, not so this time, it was another positive experience. Without realizing it, it was already past closing time at the dealership and hours after I first walked through the door. The final details were worked out for picking up the new vehicle and although Spencer had the day off, he was going to come in for the delivery process until I insisted that it wasn't necessary. The day of delivery I received a call from Chandran that he would deliver the car when I arrived and that it was ready, earlier than the agreed upon time that I requested the night before. Chandran was very helpful in the delivery process showing me the features of the vehicle and setting up my phone and other items to get me on my way. He even explained the service plan for the vehicle and strongly recommended using their valet service for having the car serviced; this is where they will deliver a loaner to your location and bring your vehicle to the dealer for service. There is a common practice for most higher end dealers but they usually don't offer any suggestions to using the service as this dealership does, another example of how they want to make your vehicle ownership experience to be as positive and rewarding as possible. As a consumer who has purchased a lot of cars over the years, I have never experienced such professionalism, courtesy, respect, and willingness to earn my business. Before leaving with my new car, I stopped by and spoke with the GM about how my experiences with Ian, Spencer, and Chandran. Although I ended up with a car from a dealership that I initially didn't consider, I glad I took the time to stop when I did, and look forward to this new ownership experience. This dealership is a model for how a new car buying experienced is supposed to be, and I give them my highest recommendation and have given the GM, Ian, Spencer, and Chandran permission to give out my contact info as a reference if requested. I was interested in test driving a Mercedes-Benz E350 wagon. I had done my research on what the vehicle should cost with the options I wanted, so I called Mercedes-Benz of Natick to make sure that the ve wagon. I had done my research on what the vehicle should cost with the options I wanted, so I called Mercedes-Benz of Natick to make sure that the vehicles listed on their website were actually at the dealership. They were. The woman I spoke to on the phone invited me to the dealership and arranged for me to meet Fred Shultz, a Master Certified MB Sales Representative. When I got to the dealership, Fred was paged and he met me at the front desk within minutes of my arrival. I was immediately put at ease by him. Fred’s manner is so unassuming that it dissolves much of the caution and even nervousness that I feel whenever I enter a car dealership. Fred gathered the keys to all of the E350 wagons they had in stock and off we went to pick one out for a test drive. It was immediately clear to me that Fred knew a lot about the vehicle. He was able to convey what he knew in a low key, but informative way. By the time I got back to the dealership, I was having the internal debate we have all had when we fall in love with a vehicle, but have to stay severely rational in order to not be taken advantage of. I call it “Car purchase Angst”. Even though I had gone to the dealership for just a test drive, I ended up talking about the vehicle’s price with Fred. He listened to my wishes, and then we went back to his desk to look at the vehicles in the region that might better fit my option list, as well as the vehicles scheduled for production that we could configure to meet my exact specification. Once again, Fred really knew his stuff. He was able to show me all of the cars at dealerships in the Northeast (something I could also find out at home) and in addition, all of the cars and their configurations coming to the East Coast. We agreed on a couple of options, and then Fred disappeared for a minute. When Fred came back, he had a couple of quotes printed out clearly with sales tax, registration fees and everything else that I would pay, should I buy a vehicle, down to the last cent. I was very surprised that the prices were right in the range that my research said they should be. Fred had managed to skip the whole haggling part of the car buying experience and just offer me what I wanted. I said, “I have to think about this”, thanked Fred, and went home to run the numbers again and make sure I hadn’t screwed up. At this point I am sure that you, the reader, already know how this story ends. I bought the car. But the story doesn’t end quite yet. On the day that I was to pick up the car, Fred arranged for one of the dealership’s employees to pick me up at my home and drive me to their dealership. Fred met me there, showed me around the shop floor, pointed out the parts department, and then he went and got my new car. He spent over an hour and a half explaining the function of every vehicle control item. Fred also put a huge amount of effort into teaching me how to use Mercedes “Command” which is the heart of the vehicles telephone, GPS, and radio system. Even for a geek like me, this system is daunting. Fred walked me through how to set up simple things like radio stations, my home address and so on. He made sure that I entered some of the commands to be certain that I understood what he was trying to teach me. By then I was pretty tired, so Fred invited me back to the dealership any time I had a question. We shook hands and I drove off into the sunset. In summary, the car buying experience I had was way better than I could have imagined it to be. Fred is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Fred Schultz and Mercedes-Benz of Natick. More
