I initially worked with Ed via the internet to secure prcing on the vehicle I was interested in. Upon my initial visit to the dealership, I met with Chandran. Chandran was very warm, welcoming, and very focised on providing me with great customer service and care despite my poor attitude! His level of service and commitment to deatil surpassed my expectations. He is incredibly accomodating and did everything he could to make the whole experience pleasurable, easy, and virtually painless. He oversaw everything that needed to get done and was very thorough. We were incredibly well taken care of and the level of service he provided was just fantastic. When it was time to actually purchase the vehicle, they got us through the process quickly and efficiently. They are extremely flexible and have pickup service and loaner car service which is key. Chris is kind of salesperson a buyer seeks when shopping for an automobile--friendly, non-pressure, knowledgeable and genuine. From the start, I felt comfortable with Chris. We were greeted nicely by Chandran upon arrival. We test drove two vehicles the day of visit, and decided that we would like to purchase one of the two. He answered all questions, explained the additional warranty programs available thoroughly. We were quite impressed with how quickly the transaction was completed. We did have a little issue with our deposit and if checks could be scanned electronically and approved at this dealership it may make receiving funds that much easier. We managed to get the funds out of another account for the deposit, but it took some phone calls and a little bit of time, no fault of the dealership, it was more on our behalf of having daily limits on debit cards and not having cash readily available, due to the credit union being closed. After we left the dealership, we were happy we made the purchase! Then we waited a few days for delivery. Chandran and Jamie followed up on a daily basis. We received proper notification of how things were moving along. The car was delivered by Chandran with care, he was diligent and on time, took the time to explain everything once delivered. We've had the car for a few days now and are setting up the blue tooth and understanding the features it has. We are very pleased with the car, very satisfied with the customer service and will continue to do business with Mercedes of Natick. Thanks to all for making this a pleasant purchase!! More
