Availability (same day!) and ease of appointment was top notch. Service advisor was friendly and informative. Price for a simple Nav software refresh was a little dear ($380) but it’s a dealership so not un notch. Service advisor was friendly and informative. Took a little longer than it should (2.5 hrs) which is why it’s only 4 stars. More

Very positive service visit today, stating with early AM on-line scheduling! Scott Masterson in service greeted me, listened attentively to my concerns, and -after I confirmed I wanted to wait - he got my on-line scheduling! Scott kept me apprised of the service status, by text and making a couple trips to the waiting area. Then, done! (washed and cleaned, too). Great service, great service rep, and great dealership!
