My advisor Scott was awesome. He makes up for the poor service otherwise. My repairs are also excellent from this dealership. My frustration is always check in. There were 3 cars in front of me to get che service otherwise. My repairs are also excellent from this dealership. My frustration is always check in. There were 3 cars in front of me to get checked in. I waited 20 minutes to even get out of my car. I understand shortages of workers and patience. However after finally being checked in it was another 10 minute wait to see my advisor. Then another 5 minute wait to see the gentleman for my loaner. I love my Benz and I go here as it is close to work. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from them. This is the usual course of business even before the pandemic and shortage of workers. I should always plan ahead. I have a business to run. I feel my time is not valued. It shows in the employee relations with customers. I must say Scott, was exemplary. More
