I was already aware of the vehicle I wanted (this is my fifth Mercedes) so our focus was locating the vehicle that "ticked all the boxes" and allowing their business office to put together a lease plan that met my goals. We found the vehicle and terms were agreed upon--no hassle. What was truly exceptional, however, was their desire to complete the transaction by the end of the month which necessitated them delivering the vehicle to my residence at 10:00 p.m. since I would not be home until that hour.
