Too many texts and e-mails Because you send so many texts, emails, etc, it means I would have to have my phone attached to me at all times! I don't! Please try to reach out ot Because you send so many texts, emails, etc, it means I would have to have my phone attached to me at all times! I don't! Please try to reach out other than these methods - and when I call to give you my decision - it took 3 hours before I got ahold of my service advisor, and I was the one who called 3 times in 3 hours to tell him what we decided to do at this time to my car. I received at least 9 total messages, texts and e-mails on one car service! I'm sure there are more to come!!! More
