EVERYONE is friendly. Everyone was very nice. Probably no less than 20 employees asked if I wanted a water. Maybe they could change it to..."Has anyone offered you a wate Everyone was very nice. Maybe they could change it to..."Has anyone offered you a water, instead of do you want a water?" or have staff switch it up, so it doesn't sound so canned. The timeframes they quoted were not very accurate. 10 minutes was 45. Maybe tell the customer longer than expected and then it will be a pleasant surprise if it's accuarate or sooner. Overall, it was still a good experience and it was my first time there. More
