Once the car was finally in the delivery bay, actual delivery only took 10mins My friend who bought a BMW440i last week was giving me a hard time. . . . saying he was in and out in 1hr 35 mins My experience - I arrived at 2:45, and didn't get my car until 6:15 . . . Outstanding service as always The customer service is second to none. I received emails, texts, and phone calls pertaining to the work that was being done on my vehicle. You have The customer service is second to none. I received emails, texts, and phone calls pertaining to the work that was being done on my vehicle. You have questions about the service being done on your car? No problem. The service representative goes over every detail. You still have questions? The service representative walks you into the garage, introduces you to the technician working on your car, and they go over what is wrong with your car. That is outstanding to me! Takes away all of the guest work and minimizes the amount of questions at the end when you get a $3600 bill. And everything you discussed with your service advisor is nicely detailed on a 'summary work order" (I am not to sure if that is what they call it). Outstanding!!! More
