Poor Service with Price Gouging Mercedes of Temecula gouged me twice, so I'll return to Walter's Automotive, a little further drive. This time, windshield replacement on my SL550 quo Mercedes of Temecula gouged me twice, so I'll return to Walter's Automotive, a little further drive. This time, windshield replacement on my SL550 quoted at $1400, but $2100 when I picked it up ($1800 at other dealers). Rep said he didn't know I wanted the quote to include labor and taxes. Upon arrival for my 10am appt, there were four others ahead of me, who were late for their earlier appointments, so they were taken ahead of me while I cooled my heels. Rep tried to convince me my appointment was actually 10:40 but I showed him his 10am reminder on my smartphone. Finally, the Rep handed me an "Early Bird" form to fill out, which I did and then left. My only prior experience at this dealership was even more regrettable, I gave them another chance against my better judgement and against advice from friends. Maybe I've been spoiled at Walter's, as well as Riverside Infiniti, and Elsinore Chevrolet (actually "any" dealer).. BTW, Mercedes of Temecula thinks so little of customers they don't even have a waiting room, never again! More
