I would not recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy. Believe me: You can find better deals and excellent customer service at other places. Managers are arrogant and their employees are very unprofessional. I would write an elaborate version of my very personal review. This is just a heads-up to stay away from this dealer. Mercedes Brand is Great Brand you can own but if you buy from Mercedes Benz of Temecula your'e only walking into BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT ever. Worst car buying experience I've ever had! Shady! I purchased a new mb sprinter. It was a custom build through this dealership and there were a few moving parts with our order (we don't live in the ar I purchased a new mb sprinter. It was a custom build through this dealership and there were a few moving parts with our order (we don't live in the area so most of it was done over the phone and internet). When the van actually arrived, they wouldn't let me read the documents before going to sign them as I requested for weeks beforehand (and when I went to sign them- a long trip for me- they were completely different than we had discussed in emails and over the phone with tiny extra fees everywhere- what MB dealership needs to nickel and dime in the end? Lame). He wouldn't return my calls for days at a time when the van was sitting in a parking lot waiting for us to pick it up and he was extremely dishonest about a variety of things along the way- blame shifting to other parties involved including the notary, the country of Germany and people working at the DMV. The most expensive vehicle I've purchased and also the absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. I thought I was entitled to more customer service with such a purchase; instead I ended up needing to reread every little thing and pester Edwin for basic information or services. More
