I truly didn't expect that kind of Nordstrom customer service. It means everything to me. Our daughter who just recently passed the bar had our back via phone. She already knew what they paid for the car, she asked questions and they were honest. Melanie and Jeff were patient kind and we never once felt pressured. We ended up buying the GLK SUV . They even sent Travis down to San Diego the next day to get us familar with the car. Wow !! Last and very important they beat everyones pricing.
