I’m not happy with the service department I’ve taken my van 3 times for the same problem and they have had me drive around with a tech to diagnose the van problem. None of my previous Mercedes have gave me van 3 times for the same problem and they have had me drive around with a tech to diagnose the van problem. None of my previous Mercedes have gave me problems and if they did the service department fixed it. If I drove an S550 they would not make me drive around wasting my day trying to fix my the problem I’m very unhappy !!!! More

I called one afternoon looking to set up an appointment for my vehicle, the operator put me on hold for a while then came back on and shared that there was no service person available to set up that appointment and that she would leave a message and have someone call me back. A day later I had to call back, I never received a call back to set up the appointment. The service and attention I have received in the past has always been outstanding, so this one one aspect was disappointing. More
