i needed a battery. initially my call to mb roadside service u declined the call. i got someone who knew less than i do about my car. i cancelled him after he called me initially my call to mb roadside service u declined the call. i got someone who knew less than i do about my car. i cancelled him after he called me ; he had far too many questions. 2nd request you all took the svc call. HOWEVER, my 3 yr old battery installed by you guys almost 3 yrs to the day @ my hone. was wonderful. odd as u replaced my original battery @ 86k miles. . frustrating as your new policy is not to replace batteries on the fly . i drive my car daily; not from lack of use. so your nice young man got it started and i proceeded to take the entire day in escondido to get this done. you could have saved me a huge hassle of a long day driving home in a blinding rainstorm. not kidding. i really hope for the sake of others you change this policy More
