After several hours of discussing and test driving the cars, we made our decision. Alberto went to work on creating a deal for us. We were satisfied with the economics. Once we closed, Alberto spent at least an hour going through all of the features. The GLE employs a significant level of technology! In total, largely because of our equivocation on which model to buy, Alberto spent approximately 8 hours with us through the choosing, closing, and educating processes. We were highly satisfied. When I first moved to San Diego 12 years ago I had a 2013 SUV and because of the good servicemen i had in Van Nuys I drove up there, which is approximately 125 miles (min.3 hour drive) one way. I am very pleased with the service and in fact all the people at your dealership. When I am ready to buy another car it will be from you. The reason I was in Wednesday was because I had a nail in my tire and ended up buying new tires (which I knew I would need) and Jose Hernandez took care of me, again very nice. He got me a loaner and I was on my way. That is another BIG reason Mercedes is so good we get loaners so you know if they can’t get something done on that day you get a car and don’t have to have someone drive you. Thank you More
