Mercedes Benz of Tysons corner is the most unscrupulous, dishonest and underhanded car dealer I have every worked with. They literally give car salespeople a negative connotation. The General Manager Jason Hoover has 0 integrity whatsoever. I STRONGLY discourage anyone considering purchasing a Mercedes from transacting with this dealership. The ownership should be ASHAMED of their operation and don't deserve to wear the Mercedes badge. I am truly horrified by my experience. I agreed to purchase a vehicle for over MSRP, filled out a credit application and followed up in the morning. I had multiple conversations where I was assured the vehicle was mine (WHICH ARE RECORDED). I followed up several times this morning after speaking with the finance manager last night to arrange pickup of the vehicle. He ignored my calls and neglected to followup. I later reached out to a sales manager who informed me that as we were speaking the car was being sold to another customer. I agreed to purchase the vehicle over sticker, the dealer pulled credit, committed the vehicle and without so much as disclosing they sold it out from under me. Do yourself a favor and find another Mercedes Benz dealer. You will only be disappointed with your experience here. Give your business to an establishment that values trust and respect and has their customer's best interests at heart. The culture at this dealership is foul.
