I have scheduled an appointment to address a recall and to get to check and advised on message display on the dashboard "front left malfunction and required service". Ed was my service guy and he told m to get to check and advised on message display on the dashboard "front left malfunction and required service". Ed was my service guy and he told me that he will take care of the recall but it will cost me $300.00 for diagnosis the problem. I think it is ridiculous to charge $300.00 to identify an issue. So. I left without doing anything. Ed's way of talking was rude and lack of manner how to del with a customer. I had been to your dealership a few times before but never encounter such ridicule behavior from any of your service guy. I understand your policy and pricing as set by your dealership and i cannot do anything about it except may be some help in pricing which I believe a service manager can do. But, Ed was so arrogant that he did not even try to listen. I would have given all the previous rating for your service five out of five but this one one out of five. More
