Car service made easy and fun I had my GLC serviced recently. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a priority service appointment. Us usually I stop in, get a loaner, a I had my GLC serviced recently. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a priority service appointment. Us usually I stop in, get a loaner, and come back after the the work is finished. But this time Craig Muelbach told me that I could come by, wait for the car and go with every thing done in about an hour. So I did. It usually takes almost that long to drive up get the car and go home anyway. What a pleasure. As soon as you drive in there is somebody to meet you, you go in see Craig and he tells you all is ready. I went in to a very nice customer waiting area and had a great cup of coffee. Sitting at the bar I enjoyed talking with other customers there. In a little over an hour Craig came out to tell me my car was done, had been washed and I was ready to go. I wish I could get a doctor's appointment that went this well. This is my fourth car from this agency, and they keep finding ways to make me more and more happy that I have. Service is what brings me back again and again and Mercedes-Benz of West Chester and Craig have really gotten it right. Thanks to all. More
