He was very sincere, polite, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cars! He asked me about the features I was interested in and spent time showing me around and offered me a test drive. I had a great experience with Clint back then. 3 weeks ago I had a bad car accident and my car was totaled. I called Clint and wanted to see if he could find me something I wanted and within my budget. He found the car that was exactly what I wanted within a day! I was so impressed. Not only that, Clint gave me such a great deal that no other dealerships could compete. Now I'm enjoying every second when I sit in my new car and I'm totally in love with it! Made remark are you just here for one of our loaners ? My car needed open recall to be fixed I guess my repair wasn't a big ticket service order. So I was treated terribly. My sister just moved to PA, and was not impressed by the cars she has test driven or looked at: Jaguar F-PACE, BMW X3, and even Range Rover. But Angelo was kind, made plenty of time to meet with my sister, and listen to her; test drive the car the meets her needs, and explain the many features in detail. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure my sister felt confident in her decision. He made it is possible for my sister to have the car that she needs and wants, and at the right price. Worst Customer Service-And I didn't even go in I inquired at this dealership to find a car for my family and I - instead of being treated with quality customer service, I was rudely talked to as if I inquired at this dealership to find a car for my family and I - instead of being treated with quality customer service, I was rudely talked to as if I was an outsider to luxury vehicles, the worst part of this was the sales person I was speaking with Stephen B. asked me if I was in his marketplace? I live in Mt Pocono where all the Mercedes-Benz dealers are about an hour away in different directions, West Chester being one that is an hour and a half away but something I always pass on the way to drop my daughter to school on the weekends. Instead of earning my business, this salesperson has just put a bad taste in my mouth regarding the way a customer should be treated, not only at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, but with Mercedes-Benz as a whole. It was made to seem that my money is not of value there, and truly I would like a manager to reach out to me because I would really like to know if this is how they train their employees at this dealership.
