I had brought my car in for a rather simple service issue, and the car was kept for over a week because a part that was needed had not come in yet. So, why did they tell me to schedule an appointment issue, and the car was kept for over a week because a part that was needed had not come in yet. So, why did they tell me to schedule an appointment if they weren't even ready to service my car? What's worse is the lack of communication. My service advisor did not return my voicemails, and nonsensical explanations were provided about the repair delays. It's really disappointing that such a high-end dealership cannot provide the level of service commensurate with the price of the car I just purchased from them. While the sales experience was fine, the service side is something less than desirable. I am sure this is just an isolated incident, but again, it's something that shouldn't happen at this level. I came into the dealership an the place was full of eye candy. The cars were beautiful and the representation was outstanding. Based on Ched's outstanding customer service, I actually ended up purchasing a more expensive model than I had planned, and also ended up happy with a lower discount from West Chester vs a deal that I had previously negotiated with my local dealer! Even though I had a better price elsewhere, and although I may have been able to negotiate a further discount with Ched, I concluded that better service commanded a premium and thus I did not pursue pushing the deal any further. And as a point of reference, as a Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, my day job is to negotiate the best value with suppliers every day. More

Mr. Abney greated me the biggest smile, was EXTREMELY curtious, knowledgable about the vehicle I choose and wanted to ensure I was not only satisfied with my purchase but overall with "HIS" service to me as a customer (or at least that's how he made me feel).
